Entry Information

Late Entries

These will only be accepted in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the organising committee. Any Late entries will incur an additional fee of $25.

Entry Fee

First class $50, each subsequent class $30

It is always helpful when race fees are paid as soon as possible and your entry can not be confirmed until we receive the moolah and your NZRCA License Number.

Scrutineering

All cars are to placed in the scrutineering impound immediately after racing and must not be uplifted until the end of the following race. It is the competitors responsibility to ensure their car complies with the NZRCA rules.

All transmitters must be placed in the impound and not uplifted until the commencement of the race proceeding the competitors.

Frequencies

All competitors must list at least two legal frequencies for each car entered. In the event of a frequency clash in a final the higher qualifying competitor will have precedence. 2.4Ghz system are exempt from this requirement.

Concours

Concours will be held at the beginning of the meeting.

Qualifying

Heats will be seeded and any required corrections may be made following the results of the Controlled Practice Sessions using your best 3 consecutive laps

7 minute heats.

Best four out of six rounds count towards your grid position for the Finals.

All heats will be started using the Called IFMAR staggered start system.

Finals

Finals will be run using the Xmas tree Format.
